General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) — EVA Coaching

Payment: Stripe. Language: French. VAT: non-applicable (art. 293 B CGI).
1) Purpose
Sale of digital content (PDF e-books, video masterclasses via streaming) and coaching services (1 hour via Tidycal/Discord).
2) Key characteristics – features, compatibility, interoperability
E-books: downloadable PDF files, readable with any standard PDF reader (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
Masterclass: streaming via Mux player, playing in an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) with a stable Internet connection.
Interoperability: no additional proprietary software required; a compatible browser and Internet are needed for video.
3) Price
Prices indicated in euros (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B CGI). No hidden costs.
4) Online order – proof & confirmation
Process: selection → summary → possible corrections → Stripe payment.
The final Stripe “Pay” button constitutes an "order with obligation to pay". An acknowledgement of receipt is sent by email (durable medium).
5) Payment
Payment via Stripe (3-D Secure if applicable). The order is final after payment is accepted.
6) Delivery / Access
E-books: immediate download after payment.
Masterclass: immediate access to the Mux player (secured area). Unlimited duration of access, subject to the maintenance of third-party technical services (hosting/streaming) and distribution rights.
Coaching: booking via Tidycal; 1 h 30 session on Discord at the chosen date.
7) Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving any reason (a simple email is sufficient). Refund within 14 days from the notification, using the same payment method.
7.1 Coaching (service)
If the session takes place before the end of the 14 days without express waiver, you can still withdraw but you will pay the pro-rata portion of the service already provided (if the session is fully completed, the total amount is due in full).
7.2 E-books & masterclasses (digital content)
In the absence of a prior double waiver (immediate execution + waiver of the right), the right of withdrawal applies (including after download/viewing). In case of withdrawal, you must stop all use and delete the downloaded copies.
8) Cancellation / postponement (excluding withdrawal)
Coaching: postponement ≤ 24 h before the booked slot; no cancellation and no refund except in cases of force majeure or written gesture of goodwill.
9) Legal guarantee of conformity — digital content & services
For e-books and masterclasses, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (bringing into conformity, price reduction, or termination depending on the case).
Necessary updates
We provide the updates necessary to maintain conformity (including security updates) and inform you on a durable medium, for the period you can reasonably expect given the nature and purpose of the content.
10) Personal use license — intellectual property
The contents (texts, videos, media) remain protected. Strictly personal license: prohibited: public sharing, resale, broadcast, reproduction beyond private use.
10a) Liability & force majeure
We cannot be held responsible for delays or unavailability due to a third-party service (hosting/streaming/payment/appointment scheduling) or to a force majeure event under French law; in these cases, performance is suspended for the necessary duration.
